The role of a Commis Chef involves assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate would be organised, hard-working, motivated with a willingness to keep busy in our thriving kitchen.
Basic duties include cleaning dishes and utensils, cleaning work areas and upholding high hygiene and sanitisation standards.
WAGE: £7.50 - £10 per hour
HOURS: Weekdays, Weekends and Evenings and Mornings

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal applicant would thrive in a busy atmosphere, be friendly, approachable with excellent communication skills.
Basic duties would include welcoming and seating guests, providing menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, using the till system and most importantly, providing excellent customer service throughout.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate would driven, flexible and have experience of supervision in a busy kitchen environment.
Main responsibilities include:

Assisting the head chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within a specialty section

Assisting with the management of health and safety

Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

Managing and training Commis Chefs within the specialist section

Monitoring portion and waste control

Overseeing kitchen and food safety standards
WAGE: £11 - £12 per hour
HOURS: Midweek, Weekends, Mornings and Evenings
JOB TITLE: Commis Chef
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of a Commis Chef involves assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Main responsibilities include:

Preparing food to a high level of standard

Ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic

Ensuring deliveries are checked and signed for
Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
