JOB TITLE:        Chef De Partie

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate would driven, flexible and have experience of supervision in a busy kitchen environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the head chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within a specialty section

  • Assisting with the management of health and safety

  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

  • Managing and training Commis Chefs within the specialist section

  • Monitoring portion and waste control

  • Overseeing kitchen and food safety standards

WAGE:    £11 - £12 per hour

HOURS:    Midweek, Weekends, Mornings and Evenings
