JOB TITLE: Chef De Partie
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate would driven, flexible and have experience of supervision in a busy kitchen environment.
Main responsibilities include:

Assisting the head chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within a specialty section

Assisting with the management of health and safety

Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

Managing and training Commis Chefs within the specialist section

Monitoring portion and waste control
-
Overseeing kitchen and food safety standards
WAGE: £11 - £12 per hour
HOURS: Midweek, Weekends, Mornings and Evenings
