JOB TITLE:        Commis Chef

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a Commis Chef involves assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food to a high level of standard

  • Maintaining high hygiene standards and food safety practices

  • Ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic

  • Ensuring deliveries are checked and signed for  

Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.

WAGE:    Minimum wage - £11 per hour

HOURS:    Midweek, Weekends, Mornings and Evenings

Housekeeping

Chef De Partie

The ideal candidate would driven, flexible and have experience of supervision in a busy kitchen environment.
